Recently, huge shortage of qualified crew and officers for RCL vessels
forced to make decision to setting up own recruitment department
to recruit Myanmar seafarers for RCL vessels
Then, RCL head office in Bangkok gave instruction to RCL (Myanmar)
Office to proceed to obtain Myanmar SRPS (Seafarer Recruitment
& Placement Services) license issued from Ministry of Transportation.
